In the footage posted to TikTok by Argyllcrise, a man can be seen making the thin pancake on a crêpe maker in the corner of a kitchen.

The young woman then asks him: “Oh my god papa are you making creapes?” He turns around annoyed to correct her, saying “crêpes.”

She says: “yeh, creapes” and he corrects her again getting increasingly irritated, especially when she claims the two pronunciations are the “same thing.”

The camera then cuts to a plate full of the delicious food, and Argyllcrise saying: “Mmmm, creapes.”

The Frenchman can then be heard letting out an exasperated sigh, and snapping: “Crêpes!”

Argyllcrice captioned the hilarious video, which can be watched here, writing: “I saw the opportunity and took it… he’s onto us… #fyp #french.”

The funny clip, which was posted June 1, has since gone viral online, having been viewed by a whopping 4.7 million people and being liked more than 1.1 million times.

In footage posted on TikTok by the account Carloandsarah, Sarah, who is American, can be seen hovering over the hob holding spaghetti.

When she snaps the pasta to fit it in the pot Carlo accuses her of being “crazy” and an impassioned rant ensues.
