The free PS Plus games for February 2020 are BioShock: The Collection, The Sims 4, and Firewall: Zero Hour. BioShock: The Collection is an especially notable inclusion as it is technically three separate games all in one package. With it, players can experience remastered versions of the original BioShock trilogy - BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite, with all the major DLC and add-on content.

The Sims 4, meanwhile, is the console version of the latest Sims game, and should be self-explanatory for most. Firewall: Zero Hour, meanwhile, may not be immediately recognizable to some PS Plus subscribers, but that’s because it’s a virtual reality game. Firewall: Zero Hour is actually one of the better-received VR games on the market, though, so as long as players have a PlayStation VR headset lying around, they should be in for a good time.

The free PlayStation Plus games for February 2020 will be available to download from February 4 to March 2. That means PS Plus subscribers still have a few days to download the free PS Plus games for January 2020. For those that don’t remember, the free PS Plus games for January 2020 were Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator, which were also pretty solid offerings.

While games like BioShock: The Collection and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection are a little on the older side, they are still impressive PS Plus titles. It seems Sony is upping the ante for 2020, perhaps in preparation for the PS5’s launch this holiday season.

Once the PlayStation 5 launches, it will be interesting to see how Sony changes up the way it does PlayStation Plus. It seems likely that it will continue offering free PS4 games for PlayStation Plus subscribers, but will add some PS5 titles to the mix. After all, Sony gave away free PS3 and PS Vita games through PS Plus for years after the PlayStation 4 was introduced, and there’s no reason for it to change that pattern up now. But fans will have to wait until we’re closer to the PS5 launch to find out more.
