Sony recently revealed the full PS Plus lineup for December 2022. PlayStation Plus subscribers from all three tiers get access to Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Biomutant, and Divine Knockout on December 6, 2022. Out of the three games, Mass Effect Legendary Edition did not get a native PS5 release, but fans can still play it on Sony’s current-gen machine via backward compatibility. PS Plus members now have a better idea of how much storage space each game will require.

PlayStation Game Size on Twitter reveals that Mass Effect Legendary Edition will require 85.082 GB of storage space on PlayStation consoles. Furthermore, the EU version of the game will need an extra 20 GB due to it having support for multiple languages. PS Plus members should note that PS4 games take up extra storage on a PS5 console, so fans can expect Mass Effect Legendary Edition to utilize a massive amount of space.
The remaining two titles as relatively small, as the PS5 version of Biomutant needs 12.341 GB of space as compared to 11.108 GB for its PS4 counterpart. Divine Knockout is the smallest game in December’s lineup as it only requires 3-8 GB on PS5 and 4-8 GB for the PS4 edition. Overall, it looks like PlayStation Plus members will need to clear up a lot of storage space to download Mass Effect Legendary Edition, but players interested in Biomutant and Divine Knockout should be able to play them without the need to delete another game.
PlayStation Game Size usually reveals the storage requirements of PS Plus games every month. This is also true for the titles coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium, so fans can expect to find their file sizes once Sony announces the full lineup. The same account confirms how much space some new games will need ahead of their scheduled release. As an example, it recently revealed the PS5 version of Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion will take up 20.993 GB of space. This number is almost half of the storage requirements for the PS4 version, which needs 40.496 GB of space on PlayStation consoles.
